Its a great space if you like privacy or doing a little bit of gardening in pots etc.

Other room (upstairs) has a single bed with shelving and storage and matching wardrobe in vintage teak.

I work away from home part time, and at festivals in summer. so i am looking for responsible clean and tidy lodgers. ( Please note this is a lodger agreement not a tenancy )

I like to be sociable and share meals or a film with the people living here, but equally come home totally worn out needing to relax.
I always inform my lodgers when I am going to have visitors.
Any visitors you have must be by request in advance, so we all know if someone else is going to be here.
