We’re looking for a 2 new housemates to share our home.

About the people:
You will be sharing the house with 2 males – Rhys, a sound engineer and Christian, a restaurant manager

We all like our own space but also like to get together for dinner or to head to the pub/beach. We’d really like to find someone who finds that kind of thing appealing, we’re not a party house but we do like to be sociable.

About the rooms:
Room 1 is a bright, double loft room. The room comes with a double bed, has enough space to work from home and plenty of storage space. It faces away from the street so is very quiet at night.

Room 2 is a bright, cosy double room. The room can fit a double bed, and has plenty of storage space. It faces away from the street so is very quiet at night.

About the house:
Four-storey quirky maisonette on St James Street in central Brighton, 2 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes from the station and the centre of Town.
The house has kitchenware, a lovely cosy living room with a fireplace, a communal bathroom with an additional WC on the ground floor.
