Double bedroom in newly refurbished flat just 2min from Royal Sussex County Hospital and seafront, 5min from Brighton College and a short walk away from city centre and the Marina. Located in the heart of Kemptown, it's ideal for a professional working at the hospital or Brighton College. Shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge, which has sea views. The flat and bedroom are fully furnished, as is the kitchen (including washing machine and dishwasher, both of which are brand new). The pictures don't really make It justice!
I'm an audiologist at the hospital and am a clean, tidy, very easy-going and sociable person. I love music, cinema, sports and cooking, and will often enjoy a good meal with a drink staring at the sea. I'm very respectful of each other's privacy, but do enjoy maintaining a friendly relationship with my flatmate. I have been flat sharing for the last 7 years, with both women and men, and am friends with most of them, catching up every now and then over a drink.
My current flatmate has decided it was time to stop flat sharing and move in alone, so she's leaving at the end of the month. We often cooked for each other, sharing a drink and watching films together.
