I need to find a replacement for myself in a 4 bedroom house in Kemptown.

It is 3 mins away from the beach, 3-10 mins away from lidl, co-op, next door is a convenient store. 2 mins from the hospital, 5-10 mins away from the centre, 3 mins away from the markets, restaurants, bars etc. 5 mins away from the nearest bus stop (a 30 min ride to Sussex uni campus)

Celeste (23) is an Italian student that is starting an MA in Economic Development at uni of Sussex

Federico (27) is another Italian student that has studied abroad previously, he is starting a PhD in Neuroscience at uni of Sussex.

Dan (24) is from Wales and is starting a modern languages PGCE at Brighton uni.

They all enjoy cooking, music (live gigs), comedy, politics and lots more. And have only just met.

The tenancy started on 17th Aug 2020 and will end 16th Aug 2021. I have already paid for the 2 months that have gone by. The rent day is the 16th of every month.
The bills will amount to £40-£50 max.
No deposit is needed, at the start of the tenancy we put in money for a 'no deposit scheme'.
You will need a UK guarantor (or use Housing Hand as your guarantor, I have used them before so they are legit) or pay 6 months upfront rent.

(The house looks very bare, as they have just moved in last week.)
