Bright Small Double Near Marina And RSC Hospital

Hello, I have a small cosy double room available. It is south facing, so bright and sunny. It comes fully furnished, including a chest of drawers and built in wardrobe storage.

The house is lovely, and you will have full use of the rest of the communal spaces. This includes a well appointed kitchen, including a washing machine. There is a large living room, a conservatory, a bathroom, an extra toilet, and a good sized garden.

The property is just a 10 min walk to the marina and the hospital. It's an easy walk into town, and also great bus connections to the rest of the city. There is free on street parking if needed.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED... no surprise extras.

There are 2 of us here at the moment. This is a 3 bed house, so there will never be more than 3 people living here at any one time.

It is a quiet neighbourhood, and this is generally a quiet respectful house. We would love to share with someone who appreciates a bit of both socialising and their own space. Definitely up for sharing meals, wine and TV though.

Like most other people, we are Covid aware, and would expect similar in return.
