Hi there- I'm looking for a flatmate to share my lovely flat. Preferably hoping to find a female student/mature student who is clean and tidy and will look after the flat like it is their home.
A bit about me: I’m 24, friendly, pretty outgoing (although not someone that enjoys going to clubs all the time, would much rather a quiet night in the pub), and generally just quite easy going. I have lots of random hobbies (currently into art, tennis, sea swimming & reading) and am a very homey person so I like to keep my flat looking nice. I am just about to go into my 3rd year of a medical degree so will be busy but still in the flat quite a bit. Would love to live with someone that I get along with and can do some things with rather than to just co-exist together.
The flat is in a great location – 10min walk to the seafront, 10/15mins to either county or general hospitals and bus links to the universities. It is on a quiet road with just one row of houses and directly opposite Queens Park.
Whilst there is no parking with the flat itself, it is easy to get a permit for the road & there is always a space available
The room is a large double bedroom, which is fully furnished with a shelf unit, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bed, desk and bed-side tables.
Bills not included in rent costs.
If you are not a student, please keep in mind that the council tax for this area is an additional £70 pcm.
