It has a private entrance and private courtyard area to the rear, accessed via double doors in the living room.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers and bedside tables.
Bedroom 2 has a single bed that can be extended to a double for occasional use. It also has a wardrobe and drawers. Please note that the boiler is in a cupboard in this room. There is also a separate door to the outside courtyard.
The living room / kitchen area contains a sofa, armchair, dining table and two chairs. There is also a TV with Amazon Prime.
Items such as crockery, cutlery, pans, kettle, toaster and vacuum cleaner can be provided if needed. Bed linen and towels can also be provided on request.
