A double bedroom with an en-suite in a beautiful flat on Eastern Terrace (just a few moments from the Royal Sussex, so could be ideal for hospital professionals).

The room comes furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, small chest of draws, further cupboard space and blackout blinds.

You'll have full use of the huge, sea-facing sitting room and kitchen (double oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer). Your bedroom leads onto a cute, enclosed terrace.

This is a warm and friendly/gay-friendly flat that's on the ground floor. The view is gorgeous. Directly opposite the flat are steps leading to the beach. In this area, there's a volleyball court, saunas and an outdoor swimming pool. Behind the flat is a little village area with independent cafés and shops. To walk into town takes just 15 minutes. There are plenty of buses too.

The room is available from 1 June and I'm looking for a long-term housemate: 12 months min.

Me: I'm a friendly, sociable person and want whoever lives here to feel at home and be happy. I run my own business and work from home (sales, marketing and copywriting in the skincare industry). I have a very affectionate and adorable white cat called Tipsy.

The rent covers all bills, including a cleaner every two weeks.
