I'm looking for one person to take over my tenancy for a shared student house near to Kemptown due to being unable to take up my tenancy because of health reasons.
Other housemates have moved in already and this tenancy is for one of the single rooms. Bed, mattress and bedside table plus cupboard for storage. Tenancy is until beginning of September 2022.
-House has separate shower room and bathroom.
-Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, dryer and washing machine.
-Separate spacious lounge with dining table and sofas.
-There is a garden too.
-Plenty of on street parking outside the house (parking permit required for this). Otherwise there is a bus stop down the road. Lovely quiet residential area.
-Bills included with unlimited heating, gas, electricity and broadband plus contents insurance. Rent per month is 580.75 plus a deposit and guarantor required however, housing hand is accepted for the latter
Current housemates are studying at BIMM and are really friendly/easy going. All 19/20 years old.
