Large En-Suite Bedroom available!

Howdy!

Our name's are Caitlin and Claud, and we're looking for a third person to join our flat. It's in the heart of Kemptown, just past the Hunter's Florist and the Co-op. You can see the sea from our living room!

Wifi and water bills are included in this rent price, but energy and council tax is paid separately.

It's a three bedroom flat, with a separate living area and kitchen. The kitchen has a gas hob and a dishwasher (yay). The main bathroom has a huge bath (with jets!) and a separate shower, your bedroom would have a separate en-suite with a toilet and shower, but you're welcome to use the bath in the main bathroom too.

We both work 9-5pm during the week, so we like our quiet evenings Monday - Friday, but we do love a bev at the weekends. We have two very cute kitties called Pandora and Tigger, so we'd love to find a housemate who loves cats (but we're not looking for anymore pets, sorry <3)

The room that we have available is huge with a bay window, fireplace and en-suite. Our current housemate has fit a huge king size bed, as well as some living room furniture in there, similar to a studio set up. The living room is a communal area but as our rooms are quite a lot smaller, we both have our work desks and some of our own furniture in the living room. Caitlin works from home most of the week, and Claud occasionally does too :)

We like doing yoga classes during the week, watching trash TV and our favourite movies. We like to party but we don't bring the party home with us, as we love keeping the house tidy, especially as we work from home often.

We're looking for someone with a similar work schedule and home/cleaning habits as us. We're also both queer, and gender non-conforming, so we want to bring someone into the house that is comfortable with that. Our house is our safe space, and it could be yours too!

Pictures of the flat have been added, but we haven't been able to get a pic of the room available as our current housemate is packing (hence the boxes and mess in the hallway!), you can see it really clearly in the video though. It's the huge one, with the en-suite! Looking forward to meeting you :)
