The flat is centrally located, off St. James’s Street in a quiet and friendly court. There are communal gardens outside too. Pets are technically not allowed as per contract but we had a pet and there was no issue.
The flat consists of two good sized double bedrooms bathroom and an open plan kitchen with living room also good size. There’s a big cupboard for storage too.

Bills come up to about £270 per month
The flat is perfect for either a family or 2-3 sharers.
