Double Room Partly Furnished

Unfortunately I am moving out to live with my partner - so I am looking for a wonderful person to take over my room before January 29th.

The room comes with a large wardrobe and bed, overlooking the garden. It gets loads of light and has additional storage space with its own small attic space.

The house is situated 5 minutes from Queens Park, 2 minute walk from all main bus routes, 10 minutes from the town centre and all shopping amenities. It has a large living room upon entry, with an open plan kitchen area with full access to the garden that includes a hot tub and fire pit. It has two bathrooms and a small office area that Becky uses to work from home. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and a washing machine/dryer.

A bit about the current tenant, Becky is a full time professional who works from home. You will be sharing with her and her lovely small dog Rupert who is incredibly affectionate and playful. Becky is very friendly, kind and clean individual who enjoys art, socialising and cooking.

We are looking for ideally another (queer) individual to take over the room and share with her. We are looking for a clean, friendly, respective and calm professional. We are a very creative and loving household so anyone who wants to share with another queer and loving person is welcome. We are looking to fill the room by the end of December/start of January so we can move forward with reference checks that will be through our estate agent.
Rent is £600 and bills around £150/190 depending on the time of year. A deposit will also be taken upon estate agent referencing.
