On offer is a fully furnished bedroom with a single bed, storage units and a wardrobe. The bedroom also comes with a work/computer desk.

Full use of the lounge; a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob + oven and dishwasher; shared bathroom, communal launderette and garden areas are also included. The launderette is currently free of charge.

The flat is close to local shops, a 5 minute walk to the beach, the main County Hospital and central Brighton. It is well served with buses, including 23 to the Universities of Brighton or Sussex.

The rent is £650 per month including bills; a deposit of £300 [no agency fees] will be required along with two references. Available early June.

This is a non-smoking flat which includes electronic devices.

A contract will be issued to the successful candidate.
