The flat is close to the Sussex County Hospital and Kemptown village, sharing with a friendly 45 year old male vegan who is into gaming and boxing,

The flat is really warm and light and has a balcony and stunning sea views that you never tire of appreciating. It is in a quiet, safe area and is about a 20 min walk to the Old Steine and 5 mins to the beach. Lots of buses nearby including night buses. Great location for walking out onto the downs or along the coast or into the center of town. Street parking is relatively good for Brighton.

The bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a desk. There is a separate kitchen with a fridge, freezer and washing machine. The bathroom has a deep bath and a great shower. The living room is a good size with a comfy sofa and lounger and a dining table. The balcony has table and chairs to admire the view from.

The room is available from 2 December for a minimum of
8 weeks up to max 12 weeks. Ideal if you are looking for a stop gap while looking for something more permanent.

The rent is £130 per week including bills
