A peaceful double bedroom in a country cottage, ideally situated only half an hour's drive from central Brighton, or 15 minutes from central Lewes, awaits a fully employed non-smoking male.

The cottage is just couple of minutes walk from the local village store/post office, and the number 28 Eastbourne/Lewes/Brighton bus stop.

Your room is on the ground floor and looks onto the rear garden. A lovely brand new carpet with underlay has just been fitted, and the bed with a decent firm Ikea mattress is also brand new.

There is space in the shed for a bicycle, and if you require to store a few bits and pieces, some space in the loft can be made available for you. Shared car parking is also available.

The kitchen has a Miele washing machine, 2 under-counter fridges (which means one each!), and a brand new induction hob & fan oven.

The bathroom has a heated towel rail, new flooring, and a new power shower.

You are also more than welcome to share the living room with me. It has a solid oak floor, a log burner, and fireside armchairs.

Depending on overall circumstances, I may consider someone with a chilled and well behaved dog.

Wi-fi broadband & bills are included.

Employers & previous landlord references will be required.

I am a clean living male, who works hard, and enjoys a healthy diet and regular exercise. I'm very happy living here, and looking to share my home with another male who keeps regular hours.
