This is a beautiful self-contained studio, separate to the main house, for your exclusive use. It is in a delightful setting in the village of Offham, on the outskirts of Lewes (1.7 miles). Offham has a lovely pub offering Jamaican food and a farm shop. We are surrounded by farmland and stunning downland views yet are also within a 15 minute walk to Cooksbridge Station (hourly service to London, Haywards Heath and Lewes) or a 40 minute walk to Lewes through the woods and along the river. There are beautiful downland and river walks on the doorstep. We are set back from the road and have a private drive where you can park your car.

There is a large open-plan bedroom, lounge and fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bath and shower. The views from the studio are stunning. You have a private entrance and your own patio area. Everything is provided for you to have a very comfortable stay.

I am a friendly and flexible self-employed woman and have a lodger in the main house. I have a dog. This is a perfect peaceful bolthole if you want to escape to the countryside or need short term accommodation. It is available until end Sept when my daughter returns. I would consider a dog - please speak to me.

The rate would be more for stays of less than a month.
