Large double bedroom with ensuit shower room

Hi my name is Hui,

I live in a lovely & spacious 4 bed house in Lewes with my two young children and our family dog Lupo and cat called Tiger. We would love to welcome in a friendly and warm female lodger into our home.

I am offering a large double bedroom with an eu-suit bathroom. The shower has just been newly done. It is a loft conversion, so you would be on your own floor and have allot of privacy. It has a walk in wardrobe and plenty of storage. Along with the room I also offer access to the office which I do not use very much. So it's great for studying or working when home. There is a lovely garden, large sitting room and kitchen.

I am looking for a single lodger as it would be a bit too crowded in the house for a couple. Ideally a working professional and someone who is happy to live with our family, and likes being around children and animals.
