Furnished good size single room to rent, preferably to a female but open to meeting the right guy too. The room is available from the first week of September 2021 but could be earlier if needed.
The rent is £450 (exclusive of council tax) but negotiable if it is a Monday to Friday only arrangement. Also available for short term monthly lets @ £550 per month.
The flat is comfortable, warm with a good sized kitchen diner and bathroom with both shower and separate bath. The lounge is my personal family space, so is not included for use, unless negotiated.
I have a young boy aged `11, so it's a very friendly atmosphere, though quiet at night! I'm in the centre of town and only a 5/7 minute walk to the train station and most other amenities such as leisure centre, library, shops etc. and a 10/15 minute walk to Sussex Downs college.
Full access to WIFI and no other bills apart from Council tax, if you need to register and of course you would buy your own food, toiletries etc.
I would expect the flat mate to be clean and tidy and to share the cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom. I would also expect us both to be respectful of noise levels, particularly throughout the week, when I work and my son is at school.
