Beautiful Annexe in Semi-Rural Oasis

The annexe is attached to our cottage in a gorgeous setting in the village of Offham on the outskirts of Lewes (1.7 miles). Offham has a lovely pub (offering Jamaican takeaways!) and a farm shop. We are surrounded by farmland and stunning downland views yet are also within a 10 minute walk to Cooksbridge Station (hourly service to London, Haywards heath and Lewes). There are beautiful downland and river walks on the doorstep. We are set back from the road and with parking on a private drive.

There is a large bedroom/sitting area, a bathroom with bath/shower/washing machine and a kitchenette with fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, mini oven and single induction hob. You have a private entrance and your own patio area.

I am a quiet, friendly and flexible self-employed woman with an 19 year old daughter at college. We both have dogs. It would suit someone who wants independence and a peaceful bolthole. In this current time, it is a perfect place for self-isolation.
