Upper first floor flat in Former School. There is a double room with shared Kitchen, Bathroom. There is plenty of parking with 56 acres of land including walks and a fishing lake. I am very easy going, relaxed attitude, social with 2 kittens and at weekends my sons aged 15 and 18 will occasionally stay. I have business out of the country so sometimes will be away. The school needs updating but the flat is very liveable. Close to a nice pub, local shop and Crowborough and Tunbridge Wells are close by.
