A lovely double bedroom with own bathroom with bath and shower.

I value my own space and as the house is open plan downstairs it is essential that we respect each others privacy. Your part of the house takes up an entire landing and so that is your domain
My sitting room is very much my sitting room, the house is open plan so when you use the kitchen, it is very much a shared experience!
Cleaning must either be undertaken by you or our cleaner will be happy to clean your rooms for an additional cost. She is 100% reliable and fast and brilliant!

The rent includes free wifi and water rates, council tax etc. Electricity will also be included unless you are a chilly soul!!

Please, no one apply if you are not an animal lover and proper country person. This is essential as I have 4 dogs, chickens, 35 sheep etc...so a real country lover is essential. The dogs live in the house and so expect a certain amount of muddy paws and hair which is inevitable in a country house. However, they are NOT allowed upstairs!

A rent reduction can be discussed if the applicant can be here on a Friday, perhaps working from home.....i will explain on application!
