This is an excellent 8 double bedroom student house situated at 30 Moulsecoomb Way. We are just a street up from a bus stop that can take you to the University of Sussex or U of Brighton in a few minutes or take you into town in about twenty!

 This property is comprised of many great components, first off being an outdoor sitting area shielded by high bushes for privacy while you enjoy the fresh air. Coming in is a simple clean hallway leading to four completely furnished double bedrooms each possessing a large window to fully soak the rooms in sun, then a modern shower room, a large modern well-equipped kitchen with a range of high-quality appliances looking out into a sunny rear garden, after the lovely kitchen you'll come through double doors and be in a spacious den/living room, a bit of a hideaway :).
