Double room near UNI

I have a double room that I intend to let while my wife and son are away until the summer. I would like just one person to have it. There is a pharmacy student in one room she has been here for 4 years. There is also another student that has been here just for a short time on a temporary basis but Im expecting her to go very soon. We have 2 kitchens and bathrooms. Looking for someone that is quiet and cleans up after themself.
