Student house in Moulsecoomb

Hello!

We are looking for a student to take over my tenancy from January to September 2021.
You can pick any room in the house, as my room was pretty small we are putting all of them back on the market to have more chance to find a new tenant!

The landlord is gonna install a new and bigger desk in all rooms with a shelf above this week, to make it easier to work during lockdown. There is also a double bed and a wardrobe, and if you need more space we have other storages / hidden cupboards in the house. We have 2 bathrooms so you’ll only share the bathroom with 2 other people.

The other flatmates are all 2d and 3rd student in Brighton university, in various fields (mathematic, computer science, chemistry, pharmacy). They like to do stuff together at home, watch a movie, play board games and are always up for a drink.

The house is 5 minutes walk from Brighton University, in Southall Avenue, and walking distance to Aldi and Sainsbury with a lot of buses to the city center on Lewes road. It has been renovated last summer before we start our tenancy and is equipped with everything you might need (washing machine, oven, microwave, tv with Netflix...). Attached are some pictures taken before we moved in. We also have a garden (which to be fair is more concrete than grass, but we have a fig tree), and it’s still nice to have an outside space to put a table in and relax during the summer days. The house is also double glazed so it’s nice and quiet.

Rent is £550 a month + £40 of electricity every 2 months. I already paid wi-fi for the entire year already so no need to worry about it and the rest of the bills is already included in the rent.
