• two double rooms available in a house with me and my housemate grace. they’re furnished with a bed, wardrobe, drawers and desk. bills, wifi and a gardener all included, and the tenancy will be from ASAP until july 28th, 2021. you are welcome to individually occupy a room, or occupy both rooms as a pair, due to the two boys we live with moving out.
• ample communal living space and kitchen, with a huge garden backing onto woodland. the driveway has spaces for 2 cars to park, and the road itself doesn’t require permits. bus stop directly outside the house to go into town. 10 min walk to train station and moulsecoomb campus. 2 min walk to nearest shop.

• grace and i love harry styles, plants,, and sustainability! we spend a fair bit of time studying - i study music business - but when we aren’t, we’re usually cooking up a storm in the kitchen or watching netflix. i’m vegan and grace is veggie! the only requirement is that you must be lgbtq+ friendly and we /politely/ ask that tories need not enquire.

• COUPLES WELCOME IF YOU BOTH RENT A ROOM EACH! :) small indoor pets (e. g hamsters, bunnies, spiders etc.) allowed - can't have cats or dogs due to the landlord having concerns around fleas and shedding :(
