The house is located a 2 minute walk from Mithras House, Mouslecoomb campus and Mouslecoomb station. Very close to Aldi and a 2 minute walk from Coombe Road bus stop, with very frequent buses such as the 25, 48 and 49 bus running to and from town, taking around 15-20 minutes to get to Old Steine (Town).

The house has a spacious living room and newly fitted kitchen, and a bathroom complete with a shower and a bath. There is also a lovely garden with a wrap around decking that gets great afternoon sun. There is on-street parking that you can get a cheap permit for, alternatively there is a road a 1 minute walk away that is free to park on year round.

Two of the housemates are in their third year of uni, and one works full time. They are very friendly, tidy, and enjoy socialising in the communal areas but also enjoy their own space when needed and make a quiet environment ideal for students doing uni work.
