There is a hot tub on the patio, nice space to relax after a hard day. The home is close to Newhaven fort, it's in a very quiet location with easy parking, nice local pub, local Co-Op etc. 15mins walk to the town centre with excellent bus & train links both east & west. Wifi & all bills included, £550pcm paid in advance with a £550 deposit for single occupancy, £750pcm for double occupancy, weekly rates tbc.

My gf has a lovely old Labrador who is never any problem & sleeps most of the day so please make sure you are ok with this, thanks.
Happy with short term lets if you are relocating or just need a friendly space to regroup, equally happy with longer term for stability.
