Hello!

My name is Lauren and I own a 2 bedroom apartment. I am relocating and a room is now available.

My friend Kirsten will be living in the other room so I am looking for someone she can share the apartment with.

The room has its own bathroom and does come furnished, however I can remove all furniture except for the bed if that’s your preference. The apartment has a big kitchen and living room. It’s a split level with the kitchen and entrance hallway on the ground floor and then living room, bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor, so it feels more like a house! It also has a parking space and plenty of additional parking around the building. Bus stop to Brighton/Seaford/Eastbourne is less than a 5 min walk and the train station is 15 min walk with train’s directly to Brighton/Seaford/Lewes.
Bills are included (council tax, electricity, water and broadband)..

I’m looking for a professional female who will treat it like their home (clean and respectful) and is considerate towards others.
