House with Garden and dog

I have available, for short term let, 2 rooms in my 1930's house.

I have a dog and cat - so am not accepting anyone with pets at this time.

There is a shared kitchen, bathroom and dining room/snug which has an open fire.

Downstairs there is also an additional toilet, accessible from the kitchen and garden.

There is also use of the dishwasher & washing machine. I don't have a TV.

I am looking to sell my house in the near future (not ready to sell yet) - so can only offer a short term let at this time, up to the end of March 2021.

For those needing to work from home there may be an opportunity to rig out the summer house as an office space, with a small extra charge for heating that space.

I have the smallest room and retain the living room for myself.

Bills will be split between house holders.

To keep covid secure, friends need to visit outside the house with the house space available for residents only - I hope you understand.

This is a quiet and peaceful household. If you are looking for drama, noise and late nights then this house isn't for you.
