Lovely double bedroom available in shared house in Denton, Newhaven overlooking the downs and sea. We are a small family, just myself and daughter, 2 cats and a mini schnauzer.
We have a lovely large open plan kitchen with a large oven, dish washer etc that opens out on to a decked area where you can also sit outside in this lovely weather.
Access to most facilities; large kitchen, , bathroom (with bath and shower), walled garden and seated decking area. We back onto fields and there are some stunning walks that you can take to Firle, Bishopstone and beyond.
We are a few minutes walk from a corner shop and the bus stop (12, 12A and 12X) that go directly along the coast to both Eastbourne and Brighton every 5-10 mins including night buses. Newhaven Town train station is a 10 min walk and goes to Seaford, Lewes and Brighton. Free parking.
