Located by car about 10 minutes from A27 and within easy access to the buses on the coast road (12, 12A, 12X), sitting between Brighton and Eastbourne. The Newhaven Town train station is also within walking distance, as is the ferry for the Newhaven to Dieppe service.
The room has a built in wardrobe with cupboards above, a large chest of drawers as well as drawers in the bed base. There is WiFi (unlimited fibre), shared sitting room, bathroom and a fitted kitchen with a dishwasher.
The rent is £500 pcm inclusive of utility bills.
I am looking for a considerate, clean and tidy person. You would be sharing with me (landlady) and 1 cat.
Personal and work references must be provided with a £400.00 security deposit, held until the end of the tenancy.
