Shared bathroom/shower. There is a separate kitchen for the sole use of the new and the existing housemate, and this opens directly onto a decked terrace and garden at first floor level, with a double swing seat and chairs, great for relaxing after work and at weekends in the warmer weather. There is a bus stop opposite the house (every 15 minutes to town/station), local shop 100 yards, 20 minute walk to town or beach, post box next to the house, GP surgery opposite and free on-street parking. Supermarket is a 5 minute drive away, The atmosphere in the house is peaceful, relaxed and friendly. Housemates’ accommodation is on the first floor and I live downstairs with my cat, so their accommodation feels more private and almost self-contained. Rent is £95 p. w. inclusive of bills, payable in advance. Would suit somebody in full-time work.
