I'm (landlady) only around on the odd weekend and holidays as I have recently moved to London so you will mainly be sharing with the other lodger who is friendly, respectful and hardworking. As he gets up early for work, it is important that noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm during the week.
There is an upstairs bathroom and downstairs cloakroom, a kitchen/dining room and living room with TV. The house is within walking distance to the shops in Ore and bus stops. Plenty of street parking round the back of the house if needed.
New kitchen and bathroom, refurbished in recent years.
Keen gardeners welcome but not required!
