Double Room In large friendly chilled shared house

Short term let available in Wanderdown Road, Ovingdean, can be 7 days a week or Monday-Friday for a reduced rate, whatever suits you. Double room (picture to follow as someone is currently moving out of it and its messy but approx dimensions 3.4m by 4.3m). Your bathroom is technically shared with two others (but 99% of the time they use the upstairs one so you'll have it mostly to yourself) and there's an additional communal toilet upstairs too.

Only available till 31st October due to the house being sold.

There are currently 3 of us living here, me - Tam, I'm a winemaker, Jack, same, and Sam who works in retail.. Also and more importantly our 3 cats live with us as well, they are sleepers and eaters and seekers of strokers.

It's not a smoking house but am happy for smokers to move in as long as you're happy to smoke outside. Due to the large size of the house it's a really relaxed environment and doesn't ever feel cramped.
I've said no pets because of my 3 fur babies, however small non canine / feline pets would probably be ok, have tried with other cats before and our 3 are just a bit too grumpy about it sadly.

The area we live in is great, surrounded by countryside, 15/20min walk the beach, 40mins into the centre of town on the bus, a lovely setting to come home to after work or play. House has a large open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area (approx. 100sqm), balcony and garden, with views of the sea and surrounding countryside. There is unrestricted parking outside and we have all the the usual stuff like virgin tv and superfast broadband. We have a laundry room too (I know I'm sad but it's so nice not to have to dry washing over the radiators in rooms), and there is storage space available in the loft. We have a cleaner who cleans the communal areas of the house bi-weekly.

We're ideally looking for a professional person to compliment us but we're all pretty laid back and are flexible on this. We are on the slightly geeky side, clean up after ourselves and each other and generally chip in where necessary so we would like you to do the same. If you're looking for a party house then we're probably not for you, we're more of a board game and wine night sort of crew. We have our own lives but enjoy living together and do socialise when we can.
