Top floor of a quiet family home in Patcham, right on the 5B bus route. Large, sunny double room, newly-decorated, with spotless modern en suite – ideal for a relaxed professional or mature student.
We are two overworked local English teachers, who enjoy growing at our allotment, gardening, singing badly, cooking well and putting our pyjamas on at 5pm. Our two cats have theme tunes.
We invite you to share our happy home: including an excellent kitchen and stunning garden; use of garden furniture and BBQ equipment; new washing machine and oven; sunny dining area; American fridge freezer and Amazon Alexa in the kitchen.
Your floor will be private for you. The top floor has its own wifi booster and Virgin TiVo box. All bills are included.
There is limited free parking on the street or directly opposite. Asda is 15 min walk; 10-30 mins drive to Brighton and Sussex University campuses (traffic dependent); twenty mins on the 5B into town. Good restaurants within walking distance.
