Stunning En-suite double in beautiful family home

The En-suite room has its own private separate entrance and is a stunning, light and large double room, with shower and toilet. The house is bright and beautiful and on the 26, 46, 5b, 5a bus routes as well as the big lemon 52 line. We are a mum, dad and 8 year old child. We have 2 little dogs who aren't yappy except for when the doorbell goes. We're friendly, kind and fun and will be respectful of your space. We are looking for someone who cleans up after themselves, someone who is
friendly and fun, inclusive, kind and respectful. We are right next to the
south downs paths so if you're into walking or cycling you're in for a
treat. It's an amazing area of Brighton to live in with a real sense of community.
We don't have a set end of tenancy date, but will review the
lodging contract every 6 months.
