I’m looking for 2 tenants to rent 2 rooms in my home. The house is a lovely, spacious 3 bedroom semi-detached with lots of open living space and a big garden. All rooms are newly decorated and all electrical appliances and boiler are just months old. It is located in a quiet residential close with plenty of parking available (including a driveway). There is a Tesco Express only a minute’s walk away and bus stops located just behind the house which will take you into the centre of Brighton.
I am a full-time working 29 year old female and I have a friendly, affectionate little dog who you will also be living with!
The first bedroom available is a double room (with 2 single beds in the photos). This can come furnished or unfurnished depending on preference and will be available for £500 pcm (all bills included).
The second bedroom is currently an office (in photos) but prior to this was a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes and shelving. This will be available for £400 pcm (all bills included).
The rooms would suit single working professionals. Ideally I would like full-time working tenants but this can be discussed.
Access to a drive also.
The rooms are available immediately and will be subject to a minimum of a 6 month contract. Viewing is highly recommended as the photos do not do the size of the house justice!
