Double Room To Let

Hello everyone,

I currently have a spare room to my house in Peacehaven available to rent for the right person.

Peacehaven is a lovely little town just out of central brighton (a short bus ride away) and is full of nature and gorgeous scenic views. The house itself is a spacious 3 bedroom property with a lovely garden and is located opposite the picturesque Hodden Farm.

As it is three bedrooms it would be a total of 2 people living there once someone moves in. The price is £600 a month including all bills (council tax, WiFi, tv license, gas electric and water).

I have a gorgeous fluffy cat who adores attention so pet lovers are preferred. I myself am a tidy, friendly, and outgoing person who loves socialising but also appreciates their own space and company. I love a tea and a good chat in the evening and socialising with the odd drink on my days off! I work full time so I am out fairly frequently during the day. Ideally I'd like to find someone similar to myself so our lifestyles don't clash.

Im looking for someone to move in any time from now.
