Double room available

Hey, so, myself and my boys (11 & 6) are looking for a logder, we have a spacious detached house in a quiet street. I have a double room available with drawers. The room has a conservatory off the back of it which could be your personal space, this is furnished with two sofas, a table and now TV with movies, Netflix entertainment packages etc. It leads onto decking which could be for your private use as ive sectioned it off from the dogs. You would need to buy your own bed. The house is a detached property in a quiet area. I have 2 children aged 6 and 10, 2 dogs and a cat. pets are welcome as are any visiting children. I can upload more photos but viewing is advised.
I work part time and you would need to be earning too. You must like dogs and children, minimum 2 months stay. I'm easy going, and like to chill, I try to keep the place tidy, i would hope you would be the same. Other than that you have your own space, literally a granny flat for your use only...
Females preferred, but will consider a couple for a bit extra to cover the extra bills.
