We are looking for an easy-going, respectful, and tidy working professional who is comfortable around children. We have a 12-year-old son, so we'd love someone who is naturally friendly with kids and can help create a relaxed atmosphere. Ideally, you have some experience being around children.

We also appreciate someone who enjoys the occasional chat and finds socialising easy so that everyone feels comfortable.

About Us:
We are a friendly and easy-going couple:
• Male, 51, English
• Female, 48, South Korean (fluent in English)
• Our 12-year-old son – a big gaming fan! He spends most of his time upstairs, so you may not see much of him, but if you don’t like children, this won’t be the right fit for you.

We enjoy good food, movies, and walks. I’m into gym and motorbikes, while my partner is more of a "stay in and read a book" type, though she loves socialising too. She also enjoys cooking—so if you like Korean food, you're in luck!

Your Room:
• Spacious (15ft x 14ft)
• Fully furnished
• Brand-new, extremely comfortable mattress
• Two wardrobes, two sets of drawers, mirror, tallboy
• Blackout blind for a great night’s sleep

About the House:

This large, clean house is more spacious inside than it looks from the outside! Your bedroom and bathroom are downstairs, while our rooms and another bathroom are upstairs.

• Spacious lounge (but your room is big enough to fit a
small sofa if you’d like)
• Office space at the front
• Nice-sized garden with two patios

Bathrooms:
• 2 large bathrooms
• The downstairs bathroom (near your room) has a large
shower and bath and will primarily be yours.
• We use the upstairs bathroom, so there’s no waiting for
the bathroom!

Kitchen:
• Very large and easy to use
• Two large fridges (with freezer space)
• Lots of cupboard storage
• Modern appliances: washing machine, oven, hob, air fryer,
microwave, etc.

Garden:
• Nice-sized garden with two patio areas
• Sun from 11 AM until the evening—great in spring and summer!

We are in the heart of Peacehaven, conveniently close to:
