Professional & Considerate: We are all professionals working Monday to Friday, typically 9 am to 5 pm, and appreciate a respectful home environment.

Communal Costs: A small £20 monthly contribution is requested for shared essentials (cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc.) for ease, or you can opt to buy your own.

Notice Period: We require one month's notice should you decide to leave, allowing us to find a new housemate.
