The house has is a three-bed property with the main two being large doubles, the third I have made innto a study. There is a front drive witb two parking spaces and a garden out the back with a lawn and Apple trees. The house has a utility room, bath/shower room, large kitchen/dining area and large lounge. It's very close to the station (less than 5 minutes walk), so is brilliant for transportation to Eastbourne / Brighton / Lewes etc.
As a housemate I am very easy going. I'm clean and tidy and respectful of others, I enjoy an occaisional drink with friends but also quiet evenings in. I love animals and have two kittens!
