A beautifully modern (recently refurbished and extended) home in Polegate seeking a considerately sociable person. Quiet location with views of the South Downs from the rear. 0.5 miles to Polegate station and Polegate high street. Great train links to Brighton, Eastbourne, London and Hastings.

The room is currently furnished with bed, side-tables, TV, and dressing table but can be cleared if preferred. Room size: 3.3m x 2.6m.

You will share a large bathroom with my other housemate, who is very clean, quiet and considerate and you would also meet him prior to any agreement.

The house has masses of space, so if you prefer, your belongings won't be confined to the one room.

Shared large 35ft kitchen/dining space with all mod-cons, utility room, 2 living spaces (both with TVs) and dining room. Enclosed private garden with hot tub and dry/insulated and secure out-building for storage which you will be welcome to use. Private driveway for parking and EV charging point if required.

Secure Wi-Fi with strong signal throughout house.

Ability to work/study from home if required.

I’m not a vegetarian but I often eat veggie or vegan.

I have a very friendly sociable cat but she doesn't moult much.
