Polegate Station is 10 minute walk away with trains to London, Eastbourne, Hastings and Brighton, etc.
Buses are round the corner, a 3 minute walk away, going to Eastbourne, Hailsham, etc.
I am looking for a reliable, trust worthy person, male/female, preferably who is out at work all day. I keep a clean tidy house and would expect my lodger to be the same. I am a friendly outgoing person who is out all day and home weekends.
