Shared bathroom with bath, shower and toilet on the ground floor.
Kitchen access on ground floor next to Living Room.
Garden access and street parking available.
Although I smoke , I don't like the smell of smoke so will smoke in the garden/by the back door leading to the garden and have windows and the back door open to air the house (weather permitting) and would expect another smoker to do the same.
I am easy going, like my own space and socialising, love music, singing, gardening and as a semi-retired professional ( Social Work ) am enjoying following my creative passions to eventually work from home.
