I am planning to spend the winter in Spain, for my health, so am going to rent my apartment for six months.

This Bedsit with separate kitchen is 30 feet long connected with French doors. There is a single daybed, a full Futon Co. Sofa Bed, 40" Smart Curved TV. The kitchen has dishwasher, two door fridge, large gas range, all dishes pots, pans, toaster, kettle etc. all for YOUR own personal use. The bathroom is full with shower and bath this area is for your personal use, EXCEPT for the washer and dryer is shared by two other tenants for their clothes washing and drying.

I have the bathrooms, and communal areas cleaned once a week, so you only need to clean your kitchen and living area.

This apartment has three other bedsits over three floors, all self contained, there is 4 other people in total in the building.

Portslade station 10 minutes walk, Fishergate station 10 mins walk. No 1 Bus every 6 minutes, 20 minutes into Brighton centre.
Coop Supermarket 2 minutes walk, Tesco 10 minutes walk.. FREE PARKING nearby on the roads and at Victoria Park. car park, Boundary Road is one road East, so you will be nearly in Hove. Brighton 10 minutes from Portslade Station by train.
