Comfortable Double Room in Clean Modern Flat

I'm seeking a short term flatmate /couple (couple rate £200 pw) who are clean and tidy, like peace and quiet, enjoy having a chat, catch up and own space. Who are conscientious, have a positive nature and care about the environment.
Would suit someone looking for a stop gap or in transition. due to 2 month stay max.

You must be Covid aware and be prepared to follow recommended guidelines for any future potential lockdown/isolation.

I am easy to get on with , have a good sense of humour and like a balance of chat and quiet.
I am a creative, enjoy cooking and up for sharing occasional meals, a glass of wine/beer.
Enjoy film/ box sets, Art, music, walking in nature, care for the environment. and animals. looking for similar other to share my comfortable home with. Flat is within a small quiet block in a leafy green area in north Portslade. Available from 31st July to 30th September 2021.

Free parking available in private car park. Flat is a 20 min bus ride to central Hove/ Brighton with no 6 bus stop just outside. Close access to A27, Portslade station. Easy cycling routes with outside space to keep a bike.

Great easy access for stunning southdown walks. Sea under 2 miles away. Shops and eateries near by.
