Newly renovated house on lovely street

Hello!
My lovely house mate is moving to her own place so am on the look out for a new room mate!
I have a room to rent in a recently renovated house in the Old Village, Portslade / West Hove.
It’s all open plan, bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath, under tile heating, down stairs toilet, garden, summer house/ garage, off street parking, bus is 1 min walk and train station direct to London is about 12 mins walk. 10 mins walk onto the downs and 20 mins walk to the sea front.
I’m vegetarian, you don’t have to be but be nice to share meals and cooking sometimes so someone not opposed to a veggie meal would be nice. I’m 37, have a pretty busy life style and sometimes work away for weeks at a time (though currently less so) if I’m not away though I work Monday - Friday so the place is usually free if you’re currently working from home.
We’ve got a great local pub, fish n chip shop and new coffee shop within minutes walk.
Neighbours are all amazing and real good community so really looking for the right person to move in rather then just to fill the room.
Hoping to have someone that has their own life going on but also has some similar interests, keen to have a drink or movie sometime to make it a home for us rather then just house sharing professionals!
There’s a veg patch out the back you’re welcome to share and BBQs and garden cinema nights have kept us sane through this summer!
Also I share a little Frenchie so she comes to stay when she can so please be a dog lover! Added bonus if you’ve got a dog yourself to join the house hold!

Please note I’m currently away on short notice so I’m not there for viewings but will arrange on my return at the end of October.. My current house mate could potentially do viewings of the place though in the mean time.
