Lovely double loft room in quiet colourful house.

A comfortable cosy, quiet room in the top of the house. Fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a tv.

The house is not huge but it's bright, sunny, warm and colourful. We have a living room with sofa and comfy chairs, plants, shelves of books and a wood burning stove. There is also a dining table and doors out into the garden.

The kitchen again, not huge but clean, bright and well equipped with everything you could need. There is a 5 ring hob and double oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and cupboard space for food and all kitcheny things.

The bathroom is a good size and has a bath with integrated shower, a sink and toilet.

We have a pretty little garden with a pond and an outdoor covered bike store.

We also have two gentle friendly cats.

We are looking for another housemate/lodger to join us. Me and my partner are self employed working mainly in Brighton and the surrounding area. We are quite busy people but we usually spend time together in the evenings, watching films, or just hanging out. We are happy to share the communal areas but we also understand that everyone needs their own space sometimes.

We have a cleaner who comes weekly to do the communal rooms but we all work together throughout the week to keep the house clean and tidy, and somewhere we all love being.

We are basically happy, friendly, quiet people, who like eating nice food, watching good films, gardening and being outside. We are looking for someone self contained, friendly and respectful to hang out and enjoy the house with.
