A beautiful, spacious room, fully furnished, in 2 bed ground floor flat, with live in working professional and small dog.
The flat is situated 2 minutes walk from Portslade Station.
I live here with my dog Lenny who is a 9 year old Jack Russell, full of energy, very well behaved and extremely loving. I find myself advertising for this room as my mother sadly passed away recently and I was her live in carer. I now have a spare double room which i am keen to let out as soon as possible and share my home with the right individual.
The room is very spacious and quiet, with a delightful view of the garden which has turned into a little community project with neighbours pitching in when the weather allows! We are aiming to grow more fruit and veg and extend the plot over the summer. The garden is a shared space which runs along the back of the houses in the close leading to an alleyway which takes you directly to Portslade Station, (2 minutes walk from the flat).
The rent covers all bills however does not cover food.
There is designated parking for residents at situated at the front of the property.
I live here with my dog and he is extremely special to me and anyone living here would be encouraged to get to know Lenny as well possible and bond and interact with him if you so wish, or at the very least tolerate him! Dog lovers very much encouraged!!
You will have access to the entire flat with the exception of my bedroom.
The bathroom features a jacuzzi bath which is both relaxing and therapeutic.
